Well if you call Trump sharpening his pencil, taking account of the effects a presidential order will have upon many many thousands of people already under US jurisdiction without regard to due process and the Constitution, then yes, he needs to do a bit more than sharpen up. Little things like
-they never once sited the relevant law about the president's power
-they did site numerous dissenting opinions from cases to buttress their own opinion. Never mind that the dissenting opinions lost and are not precedent.
-none of these three judges even signed the opinion. Apparently too embarrassed to.
-doesn't even address most of the precedent setting cases. The judge from Boston, that ruled the other way from the one in the state of Wash, sited numerous precedent setting cases
-another judge on the ninth circus, out of the blue, requested that the entire court review this case
Their opinion was complete bullsht. What's new. That's all liberals have got. Bullsht.
Even yet after it's been pointed out, to their face, that there is an established definition of 'alternative facts', they still go with a made up definition.

Where was I? Well I wasn't pissing myself all over ET everyday throwing a mancrush over Obama like you are over Trump. And I wasn't using post truth propaganda to brainlessly support dumb assed moves like the Golden One just attempted.

Then, if you can ever tear yourself away from Breitbart for five minutes and do some real thinking for yourself, go check if that "Obama banned Iraqi refugees for six months" Trumpshit had basis in fact and you'd soon learn there was no ban by Obama.
There was no chaos at airports causing thousands of fully legitimate legal travelers to be stranded without due process. There was however, an evidence based targeted fix to a specifically identified vulnerability in the screening process of persons who had not yet been granted legal basis to enter the country which had the effect of dramatically slowing down the associated immigration applications.
There was not rule through fear, everyone is a terrorist, un Constitutional no due process wide sweep ban crap the pussy grabbing sex pest in chief just tried to pull off.
I don't get the whole waving Mexican Flags thing while you are fighting to stay in a foreign land???? If I suddenly decided that I want to live in Canada and the Canadian government started deporting Americans then I doubt going to the streets in Canada and waving an American Flag would help get Canadians on my side to fight for my immigration rights.
