Temp Halt gets overturned?

I don't see how the President does not have authority to stop all immigration tomorrow. The law is clear. Where does it say otherwise? Robarts appears a black lives matter/open border sympathizer. Looks to me this is the globalist push back against Trump...

Good idea. Trump should block all immigration and refugee acceptance. Show them the power of the Executive Branch. Stop funding for refugee resettlement programs. Issue a new order every time some judge stays the previous order.

It would be nice if the cuck republicans in the senate backed him but that is probably a pipe dream.

Nothing there. Just fluff. This won't hold up. No constitutional infraction cited.

Judge issued a temporary restraining order based on what appears to be a Federal law unrelated to immigration that allows TRO's when some highly subjective conditions are met. The judge gave pretty flimsy evidence for satisfying those conditions, given the relative context.

Napolitano reaffirms Executive authority granted by Congress to temp ban any and all category of persons under national security. This temporary halt was judicial activism. Payback for Bush.

I read the judge's order. He cited the correct standards for issuance of a TRO, then comically misapplied them. No analysis of how plaintiffs have any chance of success on merits, just said they had a high likelihood.

Bit of joke really. It does show how careful republicans must be in confirming these morons.
