Well, he was appointed by a Republican president...It ain't that hard to find a goofy judge these days.

That's neither here nor there to me. One judge being able to override a presidential order is silly as hell. While one may agree this time, surely there will be another time when you don't. One judge should never have this much power. Only in America, where the only thing greater than our genius is our stupidity. As Albert said, genius has it's limitations. Stupidity has no such boundaries.Well, he was appointed by a Republican president...
I guess that's how the system works. And can you believe that electoral college thing? That's neither here nor there to me. One judge being able to override a presidential order is silly as hell.

The law of the land is the law of the land until it is changed. I don't think the current law that's yellowing your snowflake was designed with the express intention of thwarting Trump. Yet there it is. And there it was even before Trump goose-stepped into office. Get over it.The electoral college is provided for in the Constitution. I just looked and I didn't see anything giving one obscure judge the power to substitute his judgment for the president's in national security matters.
Not only that, but their appeal got slapped down too.

I do no understand how one judge can bring a presidential order to a complete halt. I'm not questioning that a presidential order cannot or should not be questioned and potentially halted, but one obscure judge brings everything to a full stop is nuts. This should give one pause regardless of your political leanings. It ain't that hard to find a goofy judge these days.
Yes, and Trump was duly ELECTED, not appointed, by millions of voters in a hard fought general election having followed all the rules of the U.S. democratic system.Well, he was appointed by a Republican president...
