Not a bad idea for Cruz to name Carly as his VP, it got him some press and made it look like he had a strategy to take on Hillary.

Just another act of desperation by a man treading water and going nowhere fast. First the agreement with Kasich, and now he's trotting out Carly well before such things are normally done, all in an effort to get some purchase. But I have seen the short-term future of the Republican party, and it is orange.

Although I'm a Cruz supporter (I like his policies), the guy is beginning to annoy the hell out of me with his inability to remain on topic and civil when being interviewed. I get that some folks who interview him are hostile and he has an agenda to push, but last night I watched Kelly interview him and he was so hostile she could barely get a word in edgewise.

I keep telling people to focus on policy and not the person, but he sure does make it difficult.

Don't forget this is the guy who sicced his young, innocent daughters on Hillary in a political attack ad. And he was then upset that the media talked about them and accused Cruz of using his children as political props, which is exactly what he did. The man is an asshole.

He might be an asshole, but so are Hillary and Trump. *shrug* Each has their own sins, which is why I focus on policy.
