Update
When I stepped on the scales and noticed that over the past few weeks I'd lost 15 pounds - none of which was 'excess baggage' or intentionally shed - I realized I've been neglecting to eat while observing the market. I calculated that my daily caloric intake had dropped to about 1300 calories on those days.
This would also explain, in part, the mental sluggishness that seems to strike at around bar 50 - hypoglycaemia mixed with drift-engendered complacency.
It's important that I address this, so here's my provisional plan (bearing in mind that I've reset my body-clock to GMT -4). Complex carbs for breakfast, pre-market meal-replacement shake (whey protein and blended oats, roughtly 1:1), another meal-replacement shake towards the end of drift (whey protein and maltodextrin, with a dash of caffeine to counteract the insulin spike), and then after close, a hearty meal as the celebration of a day well spent.
I've neglected several other important things over the past few weeks, partly due to this, and partly a succession of minor ailments. This included exercise, and as a result, my resting heart rate is up by about 8%. This will also need to be addressed.
I've worked out how to do the Advanced Intermediate drills. It just involves splitting the exercises into two distinct sets, one run through with just the addition of printed stretch-squeeze charts, and another with the addition of a selective DOM replay. I intend to annotate a fresh set of ES and YM prints, which will help to clarify the boundaries between sub-fractal traverses, sub-sub-fractal traverses, and narrow tapes. As of tomorrow, I also intend to substitute TradeNavigator for Ninjatrader.
p.s. Just noticed that I mistakenly read 13 points as 73 points in the above log. Will post an amended semi-log chart which will incorporate the correction.
