Jack, you mentioned that 12 seconds into the forming bar, prv gives an accurate indication of end-of-bar volume. What's the significance of the first 12 seconds, and why/how does it forecast what the volume will be 288 seconds later?

On a related note (possibly off-topic) are there a finite number of patterns that define the way in which volume flows into a bar over a five minute period?
