I thought ProfLogic was kind of a phony. The tone of this person's PM to me was amazing. Some here seem to revere him for whatever reason, but his talk was a mile wide and paper thin.
Anyone who names himself as some kind of person with high standing has insecurity issues.

well, it seems to me that you are admitting your system is subjective in some aspects. there is nothing wrong with this, and if you would simply admit it, you would gain some respect in the business

Interesting, ProfLogic. I received an unsolicited PM (I will not say who - it is up for them to decide about posting on ET). They had a lot of nasty thing to say about your seminars and you:
I want to let you know that this character, Proflogic, is a scumbag and a scammer. I was scammed into spending $4000 to attend one of his seminars in 2006. It was a decision I'd regret ever since as was a total waste of money. Be aware that this guy is a charlatan. He gave himself the title of "professor" and adopt a obnoxous and insulting manner to other peoples so as to belittle them in a way as to "how dare you question the learned professor, you idiot".
It continues on much further, but it was an eye opener. And it confirms what I have kind of been thinking about your postings...

Pretty amazing but that is far more than my classes cost. Keep them unsolicited PM's coming especially from someone that aspired to work in a cloth covered box. You have realized your dream.

Really, so I imagine that if one talks to himself in public forums, hides behind a nickname, impersonates women to talk to himself, thinks farmers are hicks, thinks he has "Made it" by saying his office is on 5th Ave., openly lies and is comfortable aspiring to work in a fabric covered box is a solidly secure individual.
As I stated in my last post . . . the yada yada yada's emerged to soften the blow to their teeny tiny egos with rhetoric.
Have a good weekend everyone, I going to go mow my yard, play some ball with my son and eat some grilled smoked salmon with my hick farmer/neighbors.

His hypocrisy doesn't end there.
Prior to the TA Doesn't Work rants...he's on record at ET to state specifically that trendlines and s/r levels are valuable TA tools.
Later, after someone discovered his quote...he tried to back track by saying he doesn't use the stuff but think there's some value.
Recently, he started posting in the following thread and you can read the interactions with him, trying and pin him that he's interested in TA.
Just wanted you to know what this guy (system designer) is all about...
A simulator trader that uses TA but he's too embarrassed to admit he uses TA and that's the reason why he's running around ET claiming stuff like trendlines, s/r levels, market seasonal patterns are not TA.
If they were TA...that would punch a huge hole in his theory that TA Doesn't Work.
That and his Website that charges for something you can see for yourself doesn't work. No wonder he's pissed at the world.
