TBH I think he dropped the ball here. I knew, even with my limited federal service, that you can't leave a power vacuum. Tribals are not going to fire on their own, even the Taliban. We've been in SK for over 60 years, but Afghanistan doesn't do $75B in trade with the US.

SOG trains some pilots and hands them some M4s and a couple Bushmaster M242s. Woefully inadequate. We should have kept 5K troops and forced some UN Reso to rotate forces.

The Taliban should be fucking eradicated.
