In real life, it's like this:
Throughout my life I’ve seen many people and I referred to about 50% them as males. Obviously, some of them could have been females because I never asked them to show me their private parts as a proof that there are men.
How about you, do ask every man that you meet to show you his genitals or do you follow them to the toilet so you can see for yourself and be 100% sure that they're men???
I certainly don’t, and so far, my judgment served me well.
If you have been trading for many years and been around other traders (not on ET), then your BS detector becomes developed enough to distinguish which trader actually knows what they’re talking about, and I do believe that Tom Dante falls into that category and that this youtube video is beneficial for most traders.
He’s definitely more insightful and helpful than Kristjan Qullamaggie.
He occasionally streams live trading on Twitch. He does not sell anything....has videos of himself cruising around on his yacht. Other traders who know him have vouched for him. The site in the Twitter post has him as the 15th highest tax payer in Sweden. I suppose it could all be an elaborate hoax

I don't particularity doubt this story. The real problem is to achieve those returns you would have to risk going back to $10k at basically every step.
2013 is also a rather ideal year to start trading with tons of risk in retrospect. He basically won the QE lottery.
Theodorus Struyck is more impressive in that regard. Just this year he turned a few bucks into 1.7 billion.

lol, he has no idea about dante, dante is all talk, there is no walk there.. I have to give him credit for being entertaining and that gets him a big following, but thats all he is.. I used to post on trade2win 15+ years ago, and Dante was on there as well. He used to win 'poster of the year' pretty much every year..
Most of what you read will have no proof of fact so up to the reader to decide.
