So what is your point here? That they have a much bigger city, thus more spreading?
OK, let's switch out Finland and Norway and put in Hungary. Why? Because Budapest's population is TWICE of Stockholm's. Yet Hungary's death rate is 9 times SMALLER than Sweden.
Death count goes up, death rate goes down, you can't explain that....

We are going to average it out, so (336+82+161) x 2/3 = 579 x .66= 386 for app. 10 million people
1400/386= 3.6 still WAY more dead in Sweden than the other 3 Scandinavian countries averaged out.

You or another poster chose Finland and Norway as the best comparison to Sweden, as having similar culture and geography/demography.
Besides Finland being all flat compared to its Western neighbours, the language is very different (yes, swedish is official language in Finland, coz of a small part of Finland uses it as a first language from memory, but both languages are vastly different), I suspect the culture of Denmark, being a scandinavian country with almost the same language as Sweden, is closer to to Sweden`s than Finland´s (although can´t say Sweden and Finland ever appeared vastly different to me when visiting). Denmark and Finland populations are is almost the same, number wise
Hungary is a bit far from Sweden, you might as well compare it to UK and try to find out what they are doing so much better (I dunno)
Immigration might play a part as well, poorer immigrant neighborhoods of Sweden have been hit hardest, plus saw some research claiming Norther European (along possibly Easter European) people were less likely to be harmed by that virus. Not sure if it was a serious study or just done looking at a map of the cases distribution.

Yes, that calculation makes more sense, although it doesn´t take into account future casualties nor the social and economic cost of the lockdowns ( Sweden is still taking a hit economically btw, it s not like life and business there is going on like before the pandemic)

Okay that's the deaths side!!!
Lets compare Lives ruined via Job Losses, Businesses ruined, people losing there houses, children living in poverty ?? High Tax's, bla bla bla.
Sweden No real change, slightly worse off maybe.
Other 3 errrrr major damage, millions of lives ruined for years to come.
Get it there not dying so you just don't care.
Also, how long before normality sets in and all is good again ??

Other 3 with Lockdowns ( people stuck at home wasting there lives ), 1 year maybe even 18months of lockdowns.
Can Sweden then let people into there country without fear of a new infection and repeat ?? yes they can.
Other 3, well no, there going to have to close there borders for years until there is a vaccine or it's totally burnt out and gone.
Got to look at both sides, not just the deaths.
Saving 5000 lives ( of old/sick people that would likely die soon anyway ) vs locking 10million people in there homes for a year, so you've got 2500 man years of life, being traded against 10Mil man years of life being wasted.
This is the logic as to why I'm against lockdowns.

Anybody noticed the most hit countries in Europe are all in the West? There is actually a simple and logical explanation for it. BCG shots. In the East it was obligatory and now research shows that those shots do offer some protection. 3 easy ways to see it:
--Look at the spread inside Germany. there is a noticable difference between East and West Germany
--In the Americas Peru is the only country that never had BCG shots. Well, they have one of the highest death rate.
-- Portugal — which has required BCG vaccines for infants — has over 16,000 cases of COVID-19 but only 535 deaths whereas neighboring Spain has over 169,000 cases and over 17,000 deaths.
