Good job banning that d-bag taclander. That was a long time coming. I'm not sure if he is really married and has children, but if he does you might want to reach out to social services as well.

This day and age, all you need is a VPN to an office for a different IP. There are other ways.

Magna's only tool is the IP address check, which is as it should be. We don't need touchy mods banning people based on "content" or "style." Although that seems to happen anyway.

For the rest of us, Ol' Yella shows how surf will be back under untraceable sockpuppets, and there will be more. I'll call the tell when I see it, and I'm still curious to see if others notice it.

But we all know surf will be back as surf himself in time. It's happened within one day's time; it'll happen again.

While I'm not up to date on all the latest tricks to hide on the internet, when you use a VPN you get a dynamic IP, not a static one. Wouldn't it be obvious if Surf had 50 different IP's? I'm just saying...maybe Magna can comment on that. This topic has been brought up before. I don't know, maybe surf did have 50 different IP's. Magna can address that.

Mav I use a typical VPN for privacy concerns...always a different IP.

Who knows. It's not a big deal, but whatever he's doing it's worked for his current sock. Personally I think surf should just stay and keep doing what he's doing. It'd be like in season 4 of the Wire, where the cops established a libertarian zone for all manner of illicit activity. Better to keep surf as surf, rather than 10 free ranging sockpuppets.

You can choose your addy with services like HMAPro. I used it for years to login to EU bucket shops.

My hand has been forced---in order to correct misunderstanding, mistatments and misinformation---- marketsurfer is not ol'yella, rodney king, annaland or any other alias. I ONLY used aliases a long time ago when marketsurfer was banned and I was heavily compensated to promote a competitive website that I managed. Otherwise, what's the upside to any alias?

If anyone wants to place a wager that this isn't true, how about $1000? Magna and Baron have incontravertible proof due to the sameness of the IP's over the years for all parties-- its not like my IP changes constantly from state to state or country to country--- In addition, I will be posting in the future to correct subversive, reputation damaging lies and to answer questions/help folks so this thread is not to be closed------ just no more market calls by me on this site.

One thing I'm convinced Surf is, a stealth vendor.
His primary purpose on ET is raise his profile, never mind thru what means, in order to get attention for business connections.

He probably is supported in this endevour by the powers to be on ET is my guess.
