How do you libel a guy for running aliases when he's admitted to running aliases? And the bet is nonsense. I could open a dozen aliases from a dozen static IPs and nobody here would be the wiser.

Active members like marketsurfer with that many posts that spend much of their time debating...

Rarely is there any truth to any statements when they say they are leaving because their posting habits is greatly reflective of themselves as a person and trader. Simply, they'll find a reason to return and then spend months or years to get themselves back into the same situation again.

I'm not one of your critics, nor am I here to troll you... but a deal is a deal, and you are violating it right now.

You lost, and you gave your word (if that's even worth anything to you) that you would follow through with the result.

If your ego won't let you stand idly by as some others converse about you in this thread, and you are compelled to post anyway, then I have no idea how you could ever make it as an operator in the financial markets. Being humble, controlling your ego, and controlling emotions are paramount to surviving a career in trading.

If it helps curb the temptation to engage in bickering with others here, stop browsing ET, remove any bookmarks you have of ET, and even go as far as to block ET from your computer.

Your time here is over. You were 100% committed as a trader and traders who go 'all-in' end up rich or dead. You died, and ghosts don't speak.

That assumes that he honestly intended to stay away from ET to begin with. Having become acquainted with some of his history on this site, it's obvious to me that he's just fucking with us. A lot of his past behavior has been troll-like: that is, deliberately making insincere statements that are only intended to get a rise out of people.

As a former moderator than banned you previously (dozens of times) I can tell you that your verizon wireless IP to ET changed quite frequently back then, and was picked up by at least one other poster that I knew was not you, which made it tricky to pin point you specifically (until you shamelessly promoted your blog or something else). So there's no way that a moderator can vouch with 100% success that there are no other aliases of yours, bet or no bet as your IP was not static. You are correct that it did not change state by state, etc. But it did vary by location in the NY/NJ area.

Seriously, please go get professional help and/or stay away from Elitetrader.com for awhile to use that time to spend more time with your family. At least a few months away from ET could have allowed you to return with a little integrity via the facade I got bored and just wanted to check in with the old forum.

You're inability to request a moderator to close this thread is very troubling. It raises suspicion about everything you've said here at this forum and questions your agenda for every post. You once said as a critical debate you're here to foster business relationships. I just can't imagine anyone in the business of trading doing business with someone like you after reading you inability to keep a simple promise along with the inability to follow simple risk controls while trading especially if it involved other peoples money.

Why not go elsewhere, get a new user name and start with a clean slate if everything you've said about business partners, "we" references in many posts, have a family with new baby, incredible performance of price drivers and many other statements as true.

You're inability to honor agreements only proves why most don't want to waste their time & energy trying to prove anything to you.

Too many late nights up with the new baby or new family responsibilities make you snap like this ???

Please get some rest and stay away from ET for awhile, I'm sure your wife and new kid will appreciate it greatly.

P.S. Its sad for moderators here at ET to allow this thread to continue and allow marketsurfer to continue posting. They should show some integrity themselves via closing this thread and banning surf to force him to honor his public agreements because this guy really does need help. This place is starting to look like one big JOKE.
