Quote from Clubber Lang:

450 points came over the last 24 hours. Just an observation.

Do you think surf knew the contract changed?

I didn't see (or expect to) his degapping trade statement.

I had a thread he started recently deleted. Maybe it was in there somewhere.

Surf alert surf alert surf alert

We have closed YM long @ 15297 and reversed short with max size 10 contracts @ 15301

Price Drivers have Spiked 9 full points today which is the sharoest and most aggressive move I have witnessed in a live market. I believe it is signaling a substantial reversal soon. You gotta be in it to win it. Short. Short. Surf

A call is a call, blotter or not, and right now marketsurfer's call is perfoming very well. Whether he traded it or not, paper or not, can't take away from the fact that he called the reversal within two days of the top.

For what is worth, I know you are not a TA believer, but I'm very good at it, and at the present time, I agree with the downside that's coming.

TA and PD in harmony ?

:p

Thanks, but you have not seen ANYTHING yet. We have now have unrealized profits of 622 YM points plus the profits from the other short investments--- I fully expect 3000 plus points to be shaved off the DJIA from the highs at a minimum. Thanks again for reading. surf

PS-- for you technical analysist--i call 14390 as the next level of major support. surf

... WIth the PD's, we KNEW it was going to trend prior to any price signals from TA, hence the all in type position. :D

Well, to be fair, marketsurfer, you perhaps undeservedly confer your PD's with a bit too much "edge" over TA. After all, your PD's were calling for a big rally in crude that got you inot a losing long position not once, but twice. It did rally more than $10, but only after it fell $8 first. This is perhaps why you attract such tenacious detractors - you seem at times to lack all humility, in spite of much publically available experience to support a reasonably modest and humble attitude toward the market. Everyone has losses, and were you to credit your losses (and limit them) as you do your gains, (which you nicely allow to run), you might find your audience more receptive to your ideas.

Good call on the Dow short, by the way!

Thank you.

No doubt the PD's are not perfect and do make mistakes--
