Someone call the police to say is a person with a gun and is suicidal. The police go and do not know there is no guns, only they see there is 2 people in argument. The police is only thinking the person have the gun. That is the information the police receive. So they think that person is equal to them because they have the gun. They panic.
Really how much guns create fear and to attack. How do police feel when they know they are not superior with their guns if they think or is imagine is another gun? My opinion is they feel threat. So they just shoot like a stupid person in fear.
