But you have not answered my first question. If Isreal disarmed, how long would they exist? Just hypothetically, OK?
 
If American and British special forces have to deal with the "swift efficiency" demonstrated the other day by the attack on Karzei or fight another "mother of all wars" it shouldn't take too long.
 
I lived in peace with my jewish neighbours till the nineties and they are still living in peace... Moreover, change happened in the neighbourhood of Israel because of the palestinian cause ...

So for me it is more the results of the palestinian case than anything else. Moreover, as you may know Jerusalem is the homeland of the three religions and a lot of blood was spent for this city as you may know from the crusades... so a lot of passion around this part of the world..

As a very famous algerian jew said once in an interview to a polish jew : I have never lived the holocaust so I don't know what you feel. We were quite protected in North Africa...
And this was the case during the 2 bloodiest events in the history of the jewish people.. the inquisition in Spain and the Holocaust....

When the Nazis came and asked the king of morocco to put a yellow star on moroccan jews, he said I will never ask a moroccan citizen to put a yellow star. this was just 50 years ago not 100 years...

What makes you believe Israel wants more land? They have already given back the Golan Heights (actually they tried and had the deal done, but guess what!), the Sinai, and want to give most of the West Bank and Gaza. What you say here makes no sense. Why in the world would they want a "big Israel"? They have enough to deal with as it is. Do you think they want to colonize Jordan? Lebanon? What? If they wanted just land, hell, the Sinai was theirs, and they were happy to get it back to Egypt. What do they need undeveloped land inhabited by people who will resent them, fight them, and do nothing to improve the land they have had? Why did they not create something in the desert akin to what the Isrealis have done in the past 60 years?

Hint....freedom, education, and ambition.

I am sorry I used 100 years. Make it since 1948. Only 54 years. My error. And still, Morocco is not exactly a hotbed of hatred. Nor Algeria (too busy still hating the French to be bothered with anything current). It is NOT about Islam or the whole Arab world. It is about the Arab world in the states adjacent to Israel. The Oil States. The money and power states. From Libya east. Egypt tried to be progressive, and has been an outcast among these countries. And still, Egypt is a breeding ground for terrorists. Old hatreds die hard.

This is quite an assumption on your part. I have total compassion for the palestinians. I believe they should have a homeland. I believe they want peace. I believe they should have rights and dignity and education. I think they should be equals to the Israelis. I think you totally misunderstand what I think.

I also think they deserve and should have a legitimate leadership. They do not.
 
I never heard of Bahai's I am sorry and this is the first time I hear about that... Now, I never said that those people are perfect and the others are evil... I am not american :)

Now I believe there are good people and also crazy guys but they can be from any origion religion race colour. But above all I hate injustice whatever it's form...

They elected Arafat democratically and despite the pressures from Bush and Sharon , this guy is their leader and he fought all his life for a palestinian state ... Now I don't know much about him but you intrigued me about the 2 billion... if this guy is so rich why does he stay in Palestine... Why doesn't he live in monaco :)) Please bring me some facts...

Now, I really don't think he is the problem this guy is ill and he will probably die in one year or 2... the real problem is Sharon and Netanyahu is no better, I read this guy wanted to exterminate all the palestinians...
