I have heard very similar comments from other Arabs/Muslims. Yet words and actions do not jive.

If Islam is a faith of peace and love then other Muslim countries should arise and put a stop to such actions (especially as it is done in the name of Islam). Yet not only do they not take any action. They themselves are busy behaving in the same discriminatory behaviour.

I am not blaming you. But I simply can not accept such words any more.

I saw many interviews after 9-11 with Muslim Americans who were adamant that they have nothing to do with the terrorists. Yet where were they when the Taliban were murdering people in the name of Islam? or in Iran when they were murdering Baha'is in the name of Islam?

They were no where to be found. And that is why I believe that no Muslim has any right to say that they are different from the terrorists unless and until they do something to that effect.

Imagine the effect on Al-Qaeda if suddenly billions of Muslims around the world voice their displeasure.

And yet, they haven't.

What they have done is chant and dance in the street whenever innocent people die.

And we are then asked to believe that their Faith is one of peace and love.

You know what? You happen to be right about money being a solution. If there actually WAS a country called Palestine, they would get plenty of foreign aid. And just MAYBE it would go for some good. Like education, infrastructure, things like that. But since Arafat refuses to have a country, just an army, and a cause that can never be realized, the only money comes from terrorist supporting regimes to be used to fight an endless fight. And that is what they want. Those giving the money, and those receiving it.

I guess it is a waste of time to discuss this further. I respect your intelligence. I respect your religious beliefs. But I think your political beliefs are completely off the wall. And baseless. And even dangerous. Maybe it is just too late at night over there for you to think straight. You should get some sleep.

And remember, if it weren't for us naive brainwashed Americans, you would be speaking German now in lovely France. I hate to think of Arabic being the language of Tel Aviv. And that is what the objective of those wonderful "freedom fighters" Arafat leads is. Don't kid yourself. You never answered what the STATED OBJECTIVES were of the wars in 1948, 1955, 1967 and 1973 were. Why not?

Concerning Babak, what you say is nonsense... You cannot blame 1 billion people for what is done in Iran which by the way is a shiite country.. I never heard of Bahai's in my life...

Moreover on the taliban you may have heard that the US were financing those groups and even Oussama... I for myself did not.... :)

But be realistic when the american guy exploded a bomb in a building several years ago who could have stopped him from doing so... you always have some people that are uncontrollable...

you constantly evaded answering the hard questions i put to you in our dispute over Islam and, it seems, you have not lost your touch when arguing over the palestinian issue.

you rant and rave about how Jews were protected during ages past ... ages during which the state of Israel DID NOT exist...and somehow use this as PROOF that the arabs don't want to exterminate Israel.

the tough questions were put to you, the question of what were the Arab nations' goals in the 48, 67 and 73 wars and you were conspicuously silent..

i believe you would like to see a peaceful resolution, yet, as an arab, you are not willing to accept responsibility for the role YOUR SIDE has played in the Palestinian crisis...

until such time as you do, your opinion is not really worth listening to, as all it is is a gross distortion of facts.

Traderfut, if you could, please post here what YOUR solution to the problem would be. rather than huffing and puffing and blaming the rest of the non-arab world, tell us what your solution would be.

Many jews speak arabic very well... But that's not the point.. you should know that there were not only american in the second world war but many very courageous north african and african risked their life in the second world war and my grand father was among them....

Now, don't misinterpret my words I love America and the US are a great country I just hate their international policy and their blind support to the butcher Sharon. I brought a lot of facts that you did not even consider. I ma not the brainwashed...

And many non muslim people in europe think that there is a real injustice in Israel... That's it... for my part yes also it was a waste of time since you are still brainwashed :)
 
I have no solution except the fact that Israel should not violate international law and give palestine a real state.. I am no politician but withiut justice you cannot go very far...

Now concerning the arabs yes they were in war with Israel, since Israel did not exist before and yes they were beaten by israelis.

Now time has passed nearly 50 years and the situation is as you know worsening... It is noit by bombarding buildings and killing civilians that Israel will eradicate terrorism. I think that Peace is possible. People are fed up with all those killngs. May be Arafat is not the best man for the negociations but Sharon is no better...

I think that the US , the most powerful country in the world can do something if they really insist... they have the power to do it... many US subventions go to Israel so they can put pressure on Sharon or whatever to conform to the international law....
 
the whole "arabs are victims" thing just doesn't work for me anymore. I could have believed it prior to 9/11, but after watching the arabs celebrating afterwards, it made me realize that I was a sucker. Islamic fundamentalists and Iraq have made a huge mistake by crossing the U.S. and there will be a price to pay. I say tell the Islamic Fundamentalists that the Great Satan is coming to get them.
