Quote from Anaconda:
You're applying morals to what is a business & industry that has none whatsoever. You're just making yourself a sucker approach it that way. On the street, you're a mark.
You can either teach them about the real world or you can teach them about the fairy tale world that the establishment tries to bash into your head.
It's one thing to try to make things better, but that requires realizing the truth. Following the status quo is not going to get you anywhere while already wealthy execs are being handed billions of your taxpayer money after being "irresponsible" (for lack of a better words).
Anaconda,
You and I are just going to have to agree to disagree on this one⦠I will not teach my kids, or adopt the stance that just because others are doing it â makes it right.
And I will not force my beliefs on anyone here â but common sense should dictate right from wrong â just like in trading common sense tells you â you are either making money or losing money.
I really donât care if every other human being on the planet agrees with you â If I or my family incurs a bill in good faith â We will pay that bill every time
It would be too easy to adopt the âwell look what so and so is doing/ getting â I should be doing/ getting the sameâ stance â and become a victimâ¦
It will never happen â I will do my dead level best to always do the right thing, and teach my family the same â no matter if it means going without.
And they will learn to earn every damn thing they get in life.
More than once they have heard me say âLife is not fair â deal with itâ â THAT IS REAL WORLD â they understand this and will do just fine in life I have no doubt
Businesses and industries are run by people â its they who are at fault, and should he held accountable â just as all here whoâve bragged about not paying their bills should be held accountable
I refuse to be part of the financial ineptness of others, be made a victim by others, or back off my beliefs one bit. Nor will I give those who do â a free pass
Take Care Sir
Redneck
