It may be, but I'd short it with every penny you have for the next 5 hours.
Because some time will not retrace that much deep so to avoid miss a good price will add some when price get near my level and add when reach my level >> This is only with high-quality stocks
If you are a day trader there are some good opportunities in the market today, but personally I will never short a high-quality stock because the probabilities will be against me, but there are a lot of low-quality stocks you can short which I use them from time to another to hedge my portfolio.
What are the low quality stocks? Nowadays low quality stocks get bid by WallstreetBets and make them unattractive shorts
With Financial parameter which you add to your screener add down-trend parameters too because these days market have some kind of momentum this way you can find low-quality stocks and have downward momentum.

Depends on how drastic the new regulatory measures become. I think all the big tech has to start to donate tons of profits to appease the goverment too. It's a soft tax that you should factor in
