Price action and technical analysis (In the stock market especially) are good to spot a accurate entire areas, its another edge but not the holly grail.

Currently the $QQQ are extended to much to upper side if I want to take exposure to Tech stock inside that sector I choose a undervalued strong company inside the sector and enter when market and the stock corrected to get the stock in cheap.

Happy for you, I have a position in INTC because its a undervalued stock in the sector, I waited to buy it in a good price and now its at a good profit, If you want to trade a over extended sector find a undervalued stock inside the sector, buy it a good price, and be careful if the sector goes south you can exit or hedge it.

I didn't look real hard, but this stock does look cheap.
What's wrong with it?
The $XHB and $ITB are both between their 100 day and 50 day.
XHB up 28% YTD
ITB up 24% YTD
Why is $MTH below its 200 day and up only 12% YTD?
There must be some fleas somewhere.
