Your quest for certainty is doomed to fail. No one ever answers my question. Can you make money consistently at the forest level, on paper or real money? If you cannot there is no point in going further. This is the way I see it.

If I am no longer welcome here, please just say so, and I'll shut up and leave. I know you're giving freely of your time, but then again, so are all of us.

I did ask several questions, and instead of providing useful answers, you went defensive. I truly, honestly am sorry if you took it personally in any way. I thought I was straight-forward and polite in the way I worded what I did.

Let me repeat just one of the questions I have brought up: what different does it make what kind of flaw it is. No one, not once, has ever made it clear why we bother differentiating one flaw from another.

I still am working to find more examples of where you stated what I claim you did about flaws and FTT's.

Well that advice would cut out a hell of a lot of people, myself included. The ability to distinguish between ftts and flaws, particularly at the forest level, appears crucial to avoiding the numerous small losses that erode any profitability.

What is the point of learning dom, tick charts, etc. if you cannot profitably trade traverses in a dominant channel? Maybe Im the one who just doesnt get it. The fine tuning doesnt even come into play until the the traverse approaches the ltl.

Sorry to interject...

It feels like we are straying from the path of beneficial discussion at this point. In my opinion, some are trying to make this a perfect science. If you stay on an appropriate resolution level and just stick to what you know for sure, you will be chugging along making a killing. Trying to define the inner workings of flaws seems a bit like Tiger trying to hole out every approach shot. Great in theory, but doesnt prove to be a worthwhile endeavor at this point..

And as an unbiased observer not knowing anyone on here personally, bundle you seem to be a bit stressed out. I thought your channel video was top notch and helped out a great deal. I hope you can move past this and get back on the train. Apologies for any offense taken

Since you did not ask me a question with respect to the chart I advised people review (in my first post regarding flaws [blue header]), nor did you contact me directly, I fail to see how I could have given you such an answer (or even any answer). However, your response does bring into specific light the situation as I described: The possibility exists where a misundertsanding occurred.

Since I could not have answered a question I was not asked, I could not have given you the answer you appear to have attributed to me. Therefore the possibility exists that a misundertsanding has occurred.

Still see no differences?

Look closely at the circled bars. Do they not appear to be exactly the same? Equal highs and equal lows? What makes them different?

You can recognise it is a flaw while the flaw is being formed even before knowing which kind it of flaw it is based on the characteristics of the flaw such as volume.

Knowing which flaws exists helps you even better to recognise the particular flaw at that moment.

Because you know it's a flaw you can anticipate continuation of the trend.
