This thread ( as is most of ET ) is one big egotistical joke.

The emotional energy that is being spent posting back and forth surely cannot be anything more than a "distraction" from what most real traders do . . . trade!

Thanks for starting such a great thread. One thing - when you spotted how many people agreed that sp was going down it would have been the perfect point to pull your shorts and wait for a spike before going short again (hindsight bias and no attachment to a position I admit).

Possibly I am getting cynical about market behaviour after trading the hsi for too long :(

Looking back on this and the HSI's behaviour in its first hour's trading today I wonder what the rest of the world will experience today. Very cool trading :)
