Beauty doesn't equate to sexual interest. Maybe she's not interested in sex anymore.

Most hookers will tell you that a lot of men who come to them are happily married.

Also, men are genetically programmed to inseminate as many women as they possibly can. Sorry if this bothers you, but it's the fact. Just because a man is with a beautiful woman doesn't mean he doesn't look at other beautiful women and want sex with them. Some men refrain from doing so, others do not.

Having said all of this, Spitzer's sheer stupidity in this matter is almost impossible to comprehend.
