Well i think he is so dumb to do the cash transaction
He does not know that times are not like before 9-11
The thing is that he transported a prost from NY to DC which is a big mistake.
Second he removed cash from his account and what he does with it is his problem as long as he is paying his taxes on what he make earns.!
The mistake is that he got fucked in the wrong time at the wrong place.
The banks says just dont think if you depositt under10K or less we will not report
If we find anything suspicious we will report it to the IRS.
