"spirituality" videos - Part II

What I now really like, is, I feel free to get back to the list of projects I wanted to get done.
These projects were put in suspense as some "people" were playing out their psychological issues and did not realize that their problem was not about me, but between their personal life stories and a clinical psy.
Last night, I kept wondering how the 12 kiddies we trained in Entrepreneurship fared. I was wondering which one made the best use of the skills taught at the time. It was an interesting exercise to try to guess which one "made it", without "falling into temptation".
I remember one full session where we had to discourage one from going the "immoral/unethical path" to get there quickly. lol.
The idea was actually very tempting. lol.
But , I am very glad one there understood the psychological/spiritual implications, and I now understand how the trainer could see which type of future it would lead to. lol.

I think even if none of them "made it", it will be an opportunity to get an insight feedback on the training/coaching they received, and on how useful it really was.
I remember when we had to close down the operation in panick , our last advice was :
"even if this business does not work, don't get discouraged, just start another and use the lessons.
What you gained are the skills and how to choose the right path when faced with choices.
You now just need the experience".
 
How often do you all meditate? I can't seem to stick to it, some days I just don't feel like meditating and it's hard for me to stay disciplined and do it. It's just... boring...

I don't feel like I accomplish anything while I sit down and do it.

But that's the point, right?

I think - but I am not sure- that the point of meditation is to train the brain-mind- and all the other things around the mind we don't know about, in the same way physical exercise trains the body- help blood flows, better internal organs functioning, and other physical aspects we don't know about.

Now, it seems the type of meditation that is all the rage is vipassana ( www.dhamma.org), after which people do it two hours a day : 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening.
BUT : in the same vein you would not start heavy exercises straight without checking/healing for the existence of any serious physical injuries with a specialist ( risk of hospitalisation for physical damage), one does not go into these meditations without first checking/healing any psychological/spiritual issues ( aka clinical psychiatrist first) - risk of psychiatric hospitalisation for psychological damage. And it seems that it helps to be very physically fit beforehand as well.

It is quiet amazing how I have changed, or more, how my real personality is now on and much better as well.

- I am more efficient now. I need to sort something out : I deal with it.
- I see the bigger picture in things, instead of being short-termist.
 
It's quiet strange really, I really do not care if a trade is a winner or a loser, I just want to see the compounding working - aka no losing trading days. The rest does not matter at all.

I emotionally feel really detached about each trade I now take.
I used to feel detached toward losing trades, and emotionally exctactic toward winning one. Now they are both the same for me , what counts is the compounding at the end of the day.

Thinking back about trading, with HINDSIGHT, I would - when started - spent my money on :

- clinical psys first in very intensive ways
- one and only one method ( whichever course or book does not matter)
- practiced the 10,000hrs this one and only one method on demo. Winners loser, does not matter, just getting the eyes trained.

I'd have only started live trading AFTER full clinical psy clearing and meditations practices/retreats.

I'd have made it much easier for myself, with much less aggravation, upsets and dramas. I think "beginner luck" is not always a good thing. lol.

This is completely not him as he is not in any of this type of sport.
Not into NFL matches where an ugly looking - inspite of the make up- blonde journalist was interviewing a player.

I don't know if this is due to the conscious dejunking completed, but I am starting to feel sorry for the last prostituta who still does not get it.
Call this "God", or "karmic" punishment, but whatever, she is going through.
I feel sorry for her.

Can someone get her into going over her FULL past history with Nick at least one hour a day, even up to 3 hours a day if necessary. But she is the last one there struggling with letting go. It might take her 10 years, full-time on a daily basis, but hopefully after 10 years+, she might start to see light. If not, we just have to accept that "God" or "karma" punishment is what she has to go through till she gets it; and just let "God" and "Karma" do their job. Seing her, I understand the meaning of "Karma always comes back". I am really really really glad I have zero obligations/responsabilities toward her and that she is not my friend.
Thanks God for that! :D

I unfortunately do not have time to pray for her :
too busy with coaching friends and family ( including ex & may be his new partner), as well as my trading. :D :D :D
And of course, putting on ET as much as I can - only the thing I really understand. I can not put stuff that work but I do not understand.
