I was just so reassured and so happy to find through the details that it is someone who is very much OK.
I felt a deep breath of relief!
I was like :

I have been asked by the coach to start thinking of a todo list about what I can do to improve my trading. :D .
I am very glad the coach is now gaining a bit more respect about traders, and does not see it as simply gambling. :D
I am actually considering volunteering with a gambler's association so as to keep reminding myself that there is a very fine line between trading and gambling. :)
 
Just now, I am realising that the fact of taking a day off after a good daytrading day is very helpful. I do not feel the rush of taking a trade - even if during the prep I see an excellent opportunity. The day off is a day for profits preservation. :)

I have nearly finished my book on "human nature".
I think we really under-estimate human potential.
And may be this is what a trading goal makes one discover :
anything - as long as it doesn't go against "nature" or "God" or "divine" plans - is possible.
 
I have few weeks before the reteat to finish off my last 2 A4-pages of "crap".
I simply can not help thinking how much I wish I had got this type of coaching say when I was in high-school.
My life would have been completely different!
I would have handled so many things differently!
It is just so amazing how we get programmed/conditionned
to get on the wrong paths!
 
So as to make it practical :

- Getting one list of crap - aka the crap done to you.
Then one needs to "work" through these with a qualified
clinical psychiatrist. For maximum effects, it is really best to
update a full list of this, so as to be able to work through
each crap in an efficient manner with the pros. :) .

As each set of crap get worked on, these are removed from the unconscious, ... and now the other deeply burried crap can come to the surface and you can now consciously add these to your list. It is really onion peeling.

When one works, with the clinical psychiatrist, one realises how one's behaviours get conditionned and programmed. The clinical psychiatrist job is to explain to you how this happen ( they are mind specialists) and to help you remove the conditioning/programming.

Sure these professionals are not cheap, but the expense is completely worth it. If one can afford it, as many hours as possible per week to work through as much crap as possible.
 
I am finding psychology more and more interesting. :)
Neurosciences is such a new subject.

I did not realise that actually any crap one has received has to be removed from the person's psychological/spiritual system, as if one is removing a trauma. So it is about removing tons and tons of rtaumas. Just counting, estimate at least 12 major craps/year ! So that gives the minimum batch amount of "craps" to deal with.
And each round of clearing, allows some more unconscious junk to be uncovered.
This type of work is harduous, but now I am starting to see the clear benefits:

1) After I finished the 2 A4-pages, and working on these, suddenly I can only remember nice memories. :D :D :D .

2) Interestingly, my ex could not help noticing how seemed to be extremely optimist, forward looking, and back into the "go getter" way of being.

3) I am just extremely confident about the way I will handle trading.
 
I also realise as I have in the past been actually very much involved in positive activities, and I had really a very busy schedule, I had very few crap I did to others. I now understand
why the coach says this makes things much easier.
Crap one does/ Crap one receives go together : you receive all this list of crap sooner or later! Yup! The only thing obviously is by the time one receives some crap, one has forgotten the crap done many years ago.
