There is no paid AI ran service that can accurately identify bull/bear flags to my knowledge.

There are forward projection AI algos that can do this because I know one that does via heatmaps and timeframe/asset grids, but they will be looking for retail grade, it's a simple no because that stuff costs just a little bit more, the retail services are backward looking.
