Where can I find some sources to get the best stock alerts to day trade? I’d like to trade only bull and bear flags so I can make consistent gains every trading day.

There is no paid AI ran service that can accurately identify bull/bear flags to my knowledge.
Are there any resources where I can find those continuous green or red lines?

Maybe a streak of a week or two. Then down 2 - 3 - 4 days. Might loose everything you made in those two weeks or more.
Telling you this so that you wouldn't have any illusions.
It takes a lot of time, effort and discipline, until you become profitable

You need to use scanners/screeners.
Your broker should have something you can use.
Otherwise use Finviz, TradingView, or Yahoo.
