I think the last statistics about Pediatric sudden cardiac arrests were a global statistic for the last 10 years...shockingly a large number but the below number is for the United States alone...
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), about 2,000 young, seemingly healthy people under age 25 in the United States die each year of sudden cardiac arrest...about 90% of all pediatric sudden cardiac arrests are fatal...
Look closely at the above numbers, those are statistics released in early 2020 just before the Pandemic was declared !!!
I've been talking about this problem here at ET long before that when I visited the schools I attended in the United States and did my own research after seeing AED devices at the schools that were not there when I attended those schools...this is before 2016...AED devices.
It's the reason since the year 2000, the American Heart Association has been pushing for the installation of AED devices in all elementary, junior highs, and high schools in America.
Also, there's another misunderstood statistic...It is estimated that more than 20,000 children have a cardiac arrest (CA) annually in the United States. This number includes children already hospitalized for other health problems.
The below chart is from April 2020 of young people hospitalized with heart problems... self-explanatory. I can not find the same old chart with numbers instead of percentages. The two I was concerned about was sports (NCAA) and young military soldiers in seemingly "healthy young people".
Nobody gave a damn when I talked about it and there was this silent care about it by the military in 1990s and the NCAA sports in the late 1980s.
Now, complete idiots are blaming Vaccines for something that has been occurring for several decades in sports and the military in people who are "healthy" (not overweight, passed earlier low-level medical tests to compete in sports or to be able to join the military).
I myself passed my low-level complete physical to compete on the rowing team but soon the team doctors noticed a sudden strange drop in my oxygen levels. I was sent to the hospital for in-depth tests that are not typically given and the hospital discovered I had "Myocarditis"...it would happen later one more time.
It is concerning and has always been a big issue of research for me about heart problems in young athletes for several decades BEFORE Covid-19...before the Pandemic...before Covid Vaccines.
Simply, if you didn't give a shit about Pediatric sudden cardiac arrests BEFORE the Pandemic...please don't fake the bullshit that you care now about a growing problem for many decades.
Houston...there is a problem for many decades now.

The average is 2,000 sudden cardiac arrest deaths per year in so called "healthy children/teenagers". Yet, its a rare number.
To put it in perspective...survival to hospital discharge was 6.5% for 1,366 children < 1 year of age, 14.4% for 880 children 1-12 years of age, and 21.2% for 736 children 13-18 years of age (CARES 2020).
