Pfizer contracted with Tris, a drug manufacturer, to produce a pediatric attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder medication (“ADHD”), Quillivant XR. Pfizer knowingly distributed Quillivant to children on Medicaid despite the drug’s pattern of failing quality control tests due to flawed manufacturing practices.

They are
not a "drug cartel".
Drug cartels form with the purpose of controlling the supply of an
illegal drug trade and maintaining prices at a high level.

Yet, we do understand you're emotional about pharmaceutical companies and it explains why you're using phrases like "drug cartel" as if pharmaceutical companies are an illegal business with drug lords shipping illegal products all over the world for profit.
Simply, you're losing your mind...get a grip on yourself.
With that said, had you just called the pricing of drugs by pharmaceuticals a
"cartel"...
I would strongly agree with you because the price for their drug products is outrageous and should be much lower for the average consumer. Yet, in this specific case about the ADHD medication that the Texas lawsuit is about...it's a very cheap medication drug and every medical insurance company covers it in the United States.
Yet, Texas is known to have some dirty (contaminated) distribution facilities beyond drug companies. The state has problems with food manufacturers/distribution centers too and the state has sued them many times in the past.
Oh, wait, every state in America has sued all types of companies for contamination at their manufacturers/distribution centers facilities.
My recent favorite...
Chemical manufacturer
3M Co. will pay at least $10.3 billion to settle lawsuits over contamination of many U.S. public drinking water systems with potentially harmful compounds used in firefighting foam and a host of consumer products, the company said Thursday.
Yep, that water you and I have been drinking has contained potentially harmful compounds used in firefighting foam and a host of consumer products. The deal would compensate water providers for pollution with per- and polyfluorinated substances, known collectively as PFAS — a broad class of chemicals used in nonstick, water- and grease-resistant products such as clothing and cookware...
aka “forever chemicals” because they don’t degrade naturally in the environment, PFAS have been linked to a variety of health problems, including liver and immune-system damage and some cancers.
If I were you, make an appointment to see your Doctor. Seriously, tell him about the
chemical company 3M. Seriously, when was the last time you had a complete physical, blood tests, MRI scan, and CAT scans ?
I recently had all the above tests...
good health except for a bad knee (neighborhood hockey game injury). Simply, drinking contaminated water (bottle water or faucet) hasn't caused any cancers...yet...knock on wood.
Here's another one for you...contaminated products that could cause cancer...
Philips Respironics Breathing Machines
In announcing a massive recall of ventilators and sleep apnea machines, Philips Respironics acknowledged that an industrial foam placed inside the devices to reduce noise could break apart and send
tiny particles and fumes into the noses, mouths and lungs of patients.
Oh wait, there are over +100 products on the market today that are being sued by their state or the government for selling contaminated products to consumers..
Do you need the website link to go through the list of lawsuits involving products you may be using that can cause you to get cancer or death ???
They again, you can just blame it all on
Covid Vaccines that caused your cancer instead of suing ADHD drug companies, chemical companies and respirator/sleep apnea companies !!!
Here's another one...
New US lawsuit targets 'forever chemicals' in
plastic food containers. A new lawsuit says many plastic containers used in the US to hold food, cleaning supplies, personal care items and other consumer products are likely to be contaminated with toxic PFAS. It is now asking federal courts to halt their production.
Do you like Ketchup ?
https://www.theguardian.com/environ...ouston-company-inhance-forever-chemicals-pfas
The lawsuit alleges Inhance failed to follow EPA rules involving dangerous PFAS chemicals and asks a judge to halt production.
Ketchup companies a "criminal cartel" ???
The last time I checked...ketchup is a legal product sold to consumers. Then again, look at your post history in this thread with all the crazy stories you've been posting about Doctors/Nurses seeing
record number of cancers.
It's because of the Ketchup that people have been eating !!!
P.S. Maybe Ketchup should be banned because we all know kids love ketchup even though it's causing them cancer.
I should call a friend that has a child with cancer. Tell her I think it was the ketchup her kid has been eating on his hamburgers/fries that may have caused the cancer
(dark sarcasm).
P.S.S. Her child is
not vaccinated. Therefore, it must be the Ketchup.
