Clerks should all be investigated by the FBI and charged if proven he or she is the leaker. Too many of these traitors are allowed to keep their jobs without any consequences to their actions. Chances are good the draft document has finger prints of those who handled it. That should exclude, some people while, narrowing down the possible suspects. I think the likelihood of it being one of the clerks leaking it is probably, in the 90% probability.

The lefties love it.

They will howl but it gives them a campaign issue for midterms and that's all they care about.

They are pretty much in the dumpster so a war in Ukraine with Pelosi going over to kiss Zelensky's ring and then a big campaign around abortion where if you don't elect democrat you are going to die in a back alley with a coat hanger stuck in your brain works fine for them.

They are sort of a low class breed.

Easy there on throwing stones from the house of far right christians murdering abortion doctors or blowing up clinics.... there are no pristine hands on either side with respect to this issue and how they campaign for and against it..

Ok. I will admit that if one of the justices leaked the draft it would be absolutely astonishing. I did not even consider that because it is so inconceivable. That would nearly break the court. Even a clerk if determined as being a cats paw for a justice would be extremely divisive.
