So atheist's believe it is simpler for the universe to create itself?

All the irrelevant ranting aside, atheists couldn't care less what you believe or don't believe or need or don't need. What they do care about is having some other group's beliefs imposed on them without their consent.

Only 7 more shopping days until Saturnalia.

Yes, the solstice is a far more significant and profound reason to celebrate. I wish people a happy solstice and I enjoy seeing their reactions. I think some of them expect to see horns on me. Jesus needs to stop the charade and find another date. I think we should say he was born on easter.

if you are a God fearing born again Christian, the first thing you teach your children is "Don't believe anything they teach you in school, especially if it is written in a textbook.'

if you are a democrat, you still believe in THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

what was that guy's name?...Orwell

Don't forget about the DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY

and the DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY

Yes, they prefer ignorance and delusion. Good point.

And dems believe the nation should have coherent energy and education policies and think those are good things. Thank you for showing again why dems are smarter than ignorant, deluded righties.

in stu's world a Creator is not a possible explanation for a complicated creation.

Yes, he has knowledge and logic. You should try them sometime.

But to be precise, I suspect like me he reserves a 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% chance that God did it. And that would only be for starting the bang/

so you are not 100% sure God didn't start the bang, and many people today think the big bang wasn't that big of a deal, and there could be many of them going off all the time all over the place. So God could be everywhere.

My reference was to the committees. But there are plenty of other examples, such as anti-abortion laws.
don't forget who you are talking to, I will never vote for a republican again, and the government has no business in a woman's body, Lord knows I can't even get inside their mind, and speaking of minds, it's 5 pm here and time for the government to get outside of my mind and let me smoke some pot.

Has nothing to do with republicans or government but about those who believe in God insisting that everyone else live according to the Goddists' beliefs.

Staying on the subject is a real challenge for you.
