My kid is a casual streamer and had a large YT channel in the past. He's Platinum II on Siege and SFMC on CS:GO. His CS:GO inventory alone is worth over $5K. (He says) dozu would need over 80K subs and 1,000 concurrent viewers to make $1,500. That alone would put him in the top 50 worldwide of OW streamers.

IOW, dozu's FOS. Imagine that.

several OWL teams are owned by bosses who own traditional sport teams... e.g. Boston Uprising and Uprising Academy are owned by the Patriots; Philadelphia Fusion and Fusion University are owned by Comcast (Philadelphia Flyers)... starting in 2020 teams will play home-away format just like traditional sports..

Keep digging that hole. My kid is an expert on this shit and tells me that he knows dozens of Contenders-league players and that the average is somewhere around $100/week.So now he's not a streamer but a paid league player.
