you're perception is relative to your lack of knowledge, wealth and real estate.it is about fair value vs market perception. And Buffet is a role model when it comes to being patient to wait for the right spread between the two.

I think you might have contracted Mad Mutton Diesease during your travels.I believe New Zealand really only appeals to a very specific type of character. Outdoor loving, very family oriented, tired of global issues. It won't be a comfortable place for jet setters, those that look for excitement beyond sports, and it's definitely not the best place on earth to find a spouse (better to bring one if considering to settle there) ;-)
(I have been travelling both the North and South Island quite extensively and have friends living in Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, and Queenstown)

if that's not the pan calling the kettle back. you are the master of personal innuendos and attacks. at least you are the master of something.Again, someone lacks arguments and questions others' wealth, knowledge and real estate when individuals' wealth, knowledge, and real estate was never under discussion. Seems to be a constant pattern here at ET. I don't think I ever questioned or even brought your wealth or lack thereof into any discussions because it was simply never the point. Why do you do it to others then? Is it normal that when you disagree with someone's point that you try to insinuate and make assumptions about someone's wealth? Just outright weird.
You just don't get it do you. FYI this whole thread is about expensive, over priced real estate. Stay focused and don't forget to take your meds.. lolAgain, someone lacks arguments and questions others' wealth, knowledge and real estate when individuals' wealth, knowledge, and real estate was never under discussion. This same piece of shit who says he's been to Columbus, Ohio AND Vancouver despite being a German from Germany who now lives in HK apparently. ET doesn't disappoint with its share of bullshitters. At least marketsurfer is honest about it.
