Someones selling a driveway for $35k. You can't build on it. You have to maintain it for the people who actually own homes there, and you have to pay property taxes on it. It's definitely the top of a bubble.

Your perception of value varies depends on wealth. What appears to be expensive to you is not to someone else because they have more wealth. A wrist watch may cost $25 but a wealthy person may spend over 100k. Who are you to say what is right or wrong for someone else. Do you know the 700k property buyers motive? Maybe he knows something you don't.
