Slavery in the USA

When it comes to taxes, fees, fines, etc., you should budget about half of your assets to go to the government. If you need $1M per year to live the lifestyle you want, you will need to earn almost $2M per year. Plan ahead and you won't have to whine about being "enslaved". (What is this, a drama arts community college???) :p

True. But i`m afraid my fellow countrymen have become....how you say.....cowards. I would be all by myself tossing that tea overboard.

We could change that though....i`m sure if my fellow countrymen were put in the right position the ghosts of those before us would lead the way.

My friends actually get happy when they get a "tax refund"..LOLOLOL. I said "thats your money!!!"
 
Lets not forget the most insidious tax, inflation. It was not all that long ago when a man with even limited skills could afford to buy a house and raise a family on his income alone. Now both man and wife need to be highly skilled and working to be in position to buy (and keep) that same house and raise their family.

I know it sounds like i`m bitching when I complain about taxes. but lets assume for a moment that my(or everybodies) taxes go up 17% every year like they did this year. Thats a nasty rate of growth...

Numbers that like are what causes revolutions....
