In addition to all ideas from other forum members, I think that you should engage several freelancers to translate your material to several languages. You should immediately go international, why to bother only with local market? It is relatively small investment compared with market size

He'll need to continue employing those freelancers or hire a permanent staff to continue the "support" of those different languages because most likely the customer doesn't speak different languages.

Heck he can do what many big american technology companies, financial institutions, clothing & apparel firms are doing...contract the customer service and assembly of the content to foreign countries like Panama, Vietnam, Philippines that have many that speak multiple different languages...cheap labor.
