4 trades with stops too wide took away from the total, but being stubborn wasn't an issue today. managed only the first 20 ticks from the only sustained move today due to nerves.

Being blind to the ebb and flow was a real problem today. Also should have paid closer attention to the other indices. Impulse control another recurring problem.

32 trades, (19w, 13l), single YM contract.

Started off with massive stupidity losing 24 ticks in 3 losing trades at the open. The rest of the day was much better. (Considering a gross 174 ticks out of a approximately 160 total ticks of swinging legs. just an eyeball measurement.)
Need to improve feeling of flow during high velocity because I kept getting out too early. Better than normal in controlling impulsiveness and oppositional behavior. I seem to get a day like this once a month. sigh!
