Frustrated in not reading the flow well enough during the fast moves. Can be seen in the low % of ticks acquired out of total possible swings (204 ticks out of approx 350-400 ticks?). Behaviorally ok, not quite as good as yesterday. Some periods of intense frustration from engaging in idiocy. Finding myself very tired today and yesterday.

Woke up at 3am due to pain. Spent the morning in bed. Not too lucid this afternoon. I wasn't nimble enough for YM this afternoon.

Mostly sedate trading but very well behaved. Have to leave early for an appointment. Unfortunately I missed the big move.. (yet again!). On the positive side, I took profits promptly as it suited the action today, and its reflected in my W/L ratio. Mentally pretty tired today but it didn't matter because the market pace was slow. Hope I can get enough rest for tomorrow. Sorting out meds is another story. I suspect a largish down day or two this week is possible.
