But they virtue signal about it. Back when I worked for the "man" (usually a minority woman), I often had 2X or 3X the credentials, job knowledge and productivity of some of my "superiors." There was a lot of that happening, even before the DIE (Diversity, Inclusion and Equity) totalitarians officially took over.Except it appears they didn't hire based solely on gender:-
