Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service With Data - Why I need it?

I use AMP Futures + Rithmic + Sierra Chart without big issues. Why do I need this new service which SC is actively promoting now? I read the above details but it's quite complex (SC loves complexity) and I don't quite get it. I thought SC also wanted to become a broker+platform combo company like Ninja or Tradestation, but it looks I still need my broker. I am confused.
Anyone can explain why I need this in short and simple English?

Another question: AMP Futures doesn't support exchange supported spread trading. If I use this new service, can I trade it with AMP?
