The fact is law enforcement time after time finds Homebrew terrorism as more dangerous than international extremists. And I'm not talking Trump's DOJ redefinition where some car flipping anarchists are considering terrorists, but the white supremacist types that blow up children hospitals.
Anyone under investigation by the FBI or the DoJ for anything should have their requests for firearm permits held until said investigation is cleared.

I think what he is referring to here is anti-government renegades, which is he labeling white nationalists (this isn't entirely correct, but whatever) that are planning "revolutionary" type incursions.
