NY state and NYC still closed however because of protesters BLM they have no social distancing. Peaceful protests but a lot of looters and well organized gangs, they stealing and ruining NYC. A lot of people don’t wear a mask, NYC police as well. NYC did not opened yet but did not obey the Covid precautions. De Blazio allowed for demonstrations but not allowed anything for small businesses to survive. If some Covid spikes to come don’t be surprised. And guess what, De Blazio is lazy helpless weak leftist person made the worse he could do for NYC.
I have friends living in NYC they paying taxes for protection as well.
Why they have to pay if they DO NOT PROTECTED at all from bunch of gangs???
