Wisconsin has a higher elderly population, retirement population than its border states.
It will be interesting to see in a few weeks the impact of people from those other states...crossing state lines to use the open services of Wisconsin.
Also, note that there's 6 - 9 different Indigenous American tribes in Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota and about 3 different Indigenous American tribes in Illinois...border states.
They didn't have any representation in the vote count to re-open Wisconsin...if there's any outbreaks...they'll most likely be hit the hardest considering many live in rural areas that have hospital systems very vulnerable to any Covid-19 outbreaks.
In fact, Indigenous communities (reservations) in some U.S. and Canadian provinces have been road blocking outside visitors unless the outsiders are "essential workers" to prevent the possibility of an outbreak.
Unfortunately, the Navajo Nation reservation in New Mexico, Arizona and Utah is hit the hardest. They road block too late and now they have the highest infection rate of all the U.S. states.

A spike in pneumonia at this time of the year in Florida is statistically unusual.
Health officials already looking at the possibility that the pneumonia was caused by Covid-19 which just happens to be a serious side effect of Covid-19 especially those put on life-support.
Pneumonia is a sneaky illness...it can be caused by bacteria, viral, fungi and even air pollution particles although the most common is bacteria. Yeah, many strains of Pneumonia has a vaccine that most people don't know about while most know there's a vaccine for seasonal Flu.
Simply, the next time you get your Flu shot...get a Pneumonia shot too (usually a two part vaccination). Pneumonia is the leading cause of death in children and elderly...80% of the deaths from Pneumonia are in children under the age of five years old.
+2.56 million people died from Pneumonia in 2017
+2.57 million people died from Pneumonia in 2016 (I was almost one of those statistics in 2016)
Overall since 1990...the trend has been down on the other side of the bell curve but millions still die every year.

Florida. covid19 deaths 2364 exposed 53285 population 21.48 m
Maryland covid19 deaths 2428 exposed 49709 population 6m
2364/ 53285 = 0.0444
2428/ 49709 = 0.0488
As you see percentage of death is similar to the same number of exposed people.
Means Florida is correlating with other states data.
If you have a separate statistic for pneumonia for Florida per years please provide to see spikes.
CDC website has the pneumonia death stats for Florida.
Deaths due to pneumonia averaged around 5,500 for past five years. This year it is shown as 6800 or so. Something is amiss. I think it is called DeSantis.

5372 / 56014 = 0.096 Michigan well above ave level.

Yes, the 1300 deaths in Florida is what DeSantis achieved by undercounting.
I know from county officials and healthcare folks that Texas is doing the same thing. Numbers are likely to reflect in a week or two.
How does it possible? Did he give an instruction how to count directly to hospitals, to health bureaucrats?

In Texas county officials have been asked to stop reporting COVID deaths. In Florida DeSantis has fired health bureaucrats who refused to doctor data.
High Brazilian deaths 26764 / 438812 = 0.061 26764 / 209500000 (population) = 0.00013

Brazil population average age 33 e.o. It shows by death rate low above and should be OK.
French population 41, Sweden 41. US is 38 should be OK.
