Basically it is not even their own fault
they are basically mentally programmed
Racism will Always exists,
-- I don't think it's necessarily to blame from generation-to-generation for passing down those traits,You don't have to 'learn' to hate people and things that are generally different/weird than you,
It's almost an instinctual/survival thing,
(...kind of the same idea too for religions, and politics, and sports, etc etc)
