Yes. that is a problem. Kids being forced to go to lawless schools that increasingly reflect a lawless society- the goal of the dems.

Give the family the voucher and they can decide where the safest and best educational setting is for the student. If the city wants to provide a public option, and the parents still think that is the way to go. Fine. Let the schools compete for their interest.

It’s all just so crazy. What is really the goal of the post quarter above? Is it to make schools safe from gun violence or is it to promote a school voucher program?

The two are obviously not connected nor is your suggestion even a reasonable solution to the issue at hand.

You claim a lawless society is the goal of democrats but we can’t get republicans to vote for reasonable gun safety laws. So your big brain idea is we should give kids vouchers because there is so much gun violence in America.

This makes as much sense as walking into a Wendy’s and trying to get your passport renewed.

What about the kids who make the wrong choice with their school voucher, they just get blown away in your version of America?

Schools are not that violent except in white suburbs....

Why should the government give vouchers out...if the public school is failing in the inner city you think there is money to give vouchers?

Not to you. Otherwise parents are having lots of issues with schools and the more options they have the better. You are all cranked up because violence has come to whitey's school and that is where Your Whiteness gets really concerned.

You say you do not see the connection, and believe me, I know you do not.

This kid did not grow up in the jungle.. he had a nice suburban life with loving parents... so your example while scary is not relevant here.

He can get medical attention in prison where he will spend the rest of his life but trying him as an adult is just semantics. He does not beloing in juvie having nice lunches and outdoor time when those he killed are cold in a ground.

I had a long cup of tea.

My point was that the kid grew up with the same malignant forces transposed into another setting. America is overflowing with for want of a better term, nasty evil fuckers in high positions of power who don't and they are a bad influence on developing minds.p

That's assuming he is not a true psychopath, hard wired to have no empathy, then he is unfixable though this may change in the near future. I heard he made some comments about not being able to stop the dark thoughts which
indicates some conscience and awareness.

Seems both his parents are probably strong sociopaths and he got that squared.

If however he is fixable and can learn and change, make that possible if his brain is not fundamentally abnormal.

Um, no. Regulating access to assault weapons though background checks has nothing to do with firearm safety.

Been away. It all comes to who defines firearm safety, no guns are safe in the hands of people who will use them to harm or sloppily forgetting any training.

Guns make many men weak minded and men who own a lot of guns go nuts when you say that. Conflict is a learned skill, use it or lose it. Guns are lazy.

The Brady laws have stopped a couple of million and more guns getting into the hands of bad people, inconvenienced some. The loopholes just need to be closed.

Inner city schools do not have mass shootings.... in fact the schools are far safer than the neighborhoods they are surrounded by.
