noise can only exist in the time frame that is being traded.
I’d be interested in taking a free look at it, something quantifiable when conditions meet what I’m setup to trade, might stop me getting greedy then gambly and trading during wrong conditions.

Not true. Noise is the residual after you subtract a signal from price. If the residual passes an Augmented Dickey-Fuller test for stationarity, then you have isolated noise. Finding a signal then becomes the imperative if you want to find noise.True.
