but

can only be exercised on the Final Settlement Day of the respective option series until the end of the Post-Trading Full Period (21:00 CET)

so trading ends at 13:00 CET but exercise window closes at 21:00 which means...

many things can happen between 13:00 CET and 21:00 CET.

Do u believe open interest in options have extreme effects on th expiration
