They just somehow get 100% of the registered "voters' in inner city precints to vote for their guy. and since they allow same day registration, they get astoundingly high percentages of voters to be registered. And just ignore those out of state busses full of blacks and mexicans who suddenly appear at polling places. Just democracy in action, folks.
