I checked the pictures of sex offenders on the web that were in my area and found out one was a buddy of mine that I know from saturday breakfasts at the local eatery. I think he had a messy divorce and a false allegation but I'm not asking him to babysit.

I don't think messy divorces are the cause of most child molestations/rapes.
And there has to be ample evidence in order to convict.

Bullshit the boy is too traumatized. His mother made him traumatized, and she will continue to traumatize him by making him believe he was bad when he was not.
