Not true at all. There were claims, that now appear somewhat ridiculous given the lack of proof, that Russia was behind wikileaks and some websites. No one has claimed they successfully influenced the outcome of the election, except for die hard Hillary apologists.

We can see that all these Russian collusion stories were the products of anonymous leaks by Obama officials still in government. Similarly, Obama appointed partisan hacks like Brennan and Clapper to run intelligence agencies. They were then able to assign partisan analysts to sensitive jobs, like the election controversy, to ensure they got the conclusions they wanted.

Obama officials have admitted wholesale unmasking of Trump officials and disseminating supposed sensitive material widely to facilitate leaking. We should have a Special Counsel for that but instead we have one with the implicit instruction to bring down Trump.
 
I reflected that all secret agencies stated that Russia disseminated targeted fake news that favored Trump and that Russia is behind the hacking. That is what all secret agencies stated. I did not claim that they said Russia succeeded in influencing the election and even if its impossible to isolate and determine whether the outcome would have been different without Russian intervention.

What fake news did the Russians disseminate?

As far as "Russian hacking", the only hacking I saw was Podesta falling for a phishing scam that most middle-schooler's wouldn't fall for.
